Stormer Lake Lodge is a drive-to fishing lodge and is a 5 1/2 hour drive from the border at International Falls, MN. If you are driving, Take Hwy 11 from the border to either Hwy 502 to Dryden or Hwy 71 to Kenora until you reach Hwy 17 (Trans Canada Highway). Go West from Dryden or East from Kenora toward the town of Vermillion Bay. Take road 105 North from Vermillion Bay toward Red Lake. Two miles before reaching Red Lake, turn onto road 125 and travel 5 miles to Nungesser Road. Stormer Lake Lodge is 43 miles north on Nungesser Road. You should see our signs in Red Lake and on Nungesser Road. If you are flying.... You can book a commercial flight into Red Lake. We can assist with the one hour transportation from the airport to the lodge.

GUIDING – FISHING
Cost is $275 for the first 2 anglers and $50 for each additional angler up to a maximum of 6 people.
2 Day minimum is required. Shore lunch is included.
Our professional guides have been guiding Canadian lakes for well over 35 years and their experience will easily translate into you catching more fish. Their experience will teach you technique, location, boat control and it might include a story or two about the history of the area. Please reserve your guide in advance.
Bringing Your Own Boat/Motor
Should you decide to bring your own boat and motor instead of using the ones included with the package plan, the same price still applies. We include boat launching at our own boat ramp, docking and battery charging at no charge. We make sure your boat is treated the same as ours.
Deposits – Fishing Packages
We require a $500 per person deposit to hold your reservation. Reservations are confirmed and guaranteed only when a deposit has been received. Deposits must be paid within 7 days of booking or your reservation will be removed and offered to another group. Deposits may be paid with a personal check or money order. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is made before March 1 of that respective summer fishing season. After March 1, deposits will NOT BE RETURNED AND ARE FORFEITED. Even if we book another group for your respective date, deposits will not be refunded. Deposits will also only apply towards the number of people that arrive to the lodge. Deposits can be moved to another date in the same summer period based on availability. DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE ROLLED TO ANOTHER FUTURE YEAR.
We understand that emergencies may arise such as health issues, or other family obligations may conflict with your reservation but after March 1, NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payments
Balance owed at check-out must be paid preferably by Check, Cash or Travelers Checks.
Rates
All rates are based on a minimum of 2 adults, sharing the same accommodations, Children’s rates are also based on a minimum of 2 adults, and no boat will be allocated for children paying half price.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is after 8 a.m. on day of arrival.
Check-out time is 8:00 a.m. on day of departure.
Equipment
Stormer Lake Lodge accepts responsibility for having all equipment in good running order when taken by guests. Guests, in turn, are responsible for the boats and equipment they are using and must exercise due operating care. No damage insurance is available from lodge. Boats and equipment assigned can be used during daylight hours only. Must be 18 years or older to operate boat alone.
